These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of flooringbulldog.com, your requests for information or estimates, and your participation in the Bulldog Flooring SMS program. The website and related services are provided by Bulldog Flooring LLC ("Bulldog Flooring," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the website, submitting a form, or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enroll in SMS messages.
2. Website information and services
Our website provides general information about hardwood flooring installation, sanding, refinishing, staining, staircases, consultations, estimates, and related services. Website content is informational and may be updated without notice.
Submitting a website form does not create a construction contract, guarantee availability, reserve an appointment, or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
3. Estimates, scheduling, and project agreements
Initial website or telephone estimates may be preliminary. If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Program name and description
Bulldog Flooring Customer Communications is a recurring SMS program used to respond to flooring inquiries and provide estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, project updates, customer-care messages, and occasional promotional offers to people who have opted in.
Consent
You enroll by entering your mobile number through an approved Bulldog Flooring opt-in method and affirmatively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency and charges
